As the Centre Director, you’ll be coached and mentored by a leading Early Childhood professional with over 25 years of experience in the sector . About the Role As Centre Director, you will oversee daily operations, compliance, and quality outcomes while fostering a positive and high-performing culture. The role requires a strong, confident leader who can maintain exceptional standards and is deeply passionate about curriculum, pedagogy, and child-focused initiatives . Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and inspire a team to deliver high-quality early learning experiences. Implement and uphold the highest standards of education, care, and compliance. Drive continuous improvement through reflective practice and innovative approaches. Collaborate with leadership peers and contribute to the organisation’s growth and strategic direction. Support and mentor educators to complete documentation accurately and consistently. Oversee all policies, procedures, QIP and compliance documentation. Actively monitor staff performance, ensuring alignment with regulatory frameworks, codes of conduct, and quality standards. About You You are a passionate, confident leader who thrives on collaboration, quality, and purpose. You bring authenticity, vision, and strong communication skills to your leadership approach.
